Q: Are you bonded and insured?
A: Yes, we are! We are licensed, bonded and insured.

Q: What services do you offer?
A: We offer daily dog walks and drop-in visits. You can choose between a 15, 20 or 30 minutes walk. Drop-in visits are approximately 15 minutes long. Please check our services page to learn more and to see our fees. We also offer shorter walks for puppies and we care for kitties as well.


Q: Do you charge extra for 2 dogs?

A: The second dog from the same household is free.
Additional rates apply for more than 2 dogs (the 3rd dog is an extra $3 and so forth)

Q: Can I pick a specific time to have a walker come to my home?
A: We have 3 different time slots for you to pick from: morning (9:30 am to 11:30 am); mid-day (11:30 am to 2:30 pm) and afternoon (3:00 pm to 5:00 pm). You cannot choose a specific time (like 12 pm) because we can't guarantee that we will be able to arrive at your home at the same time every day. We might be able to make some exceptions for senior/sick dogs.

Q: Are your walkers trustworthy?
A: Absolutely! All our walkers undergo a background check and are screened directly by the owner of Happy Go Pets. We understand how important it is to have peace of mind about people entering your home while you are not there.

Q: How do I book a service?
A: We have an easy to use online web portal where you can book all your services directly online. After completing the visit with your pet, you will receive a daily journal with a pic (or two) and an update on how the visit went. All clients can communicate with their walkers directly, via pet journals.

Q: Do I have to pay ahead?
A: Yes, we bill our clients twice a month. You can pay conveniently online, via PayPal or if you prefer, you can pay with a check or cash. We ask all our clients to pay ahead of time to make sure we have a spot for your pet in our schedules.

Q: What if I'm home and don't need the walk/visit?
A: That's perfectly fine! You can log in to your account and cancel the walk/visit yourself, even the day of. We ask for all cancellations to happen before 9/10 am. You will receive a credit for the canceled visit on your next invoice.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: We get this question a lot! :-) We do not offer discounts. We believe that our prices are competitive and fair. We are professional dog walkers and pet sitters, this is our only job and we believe that the time and effort that we put to care and love your pet is worth the price. Also, please remember that we travel daily from one house to another. Gas and daily expenses are taken into consideration when deciding our rates. Your first walk is FREE and we offer a complimentary home assessment.

Q: What about the holidays?
A: We will be closed during the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.
We might be able to offer services IF visits and walks are booked far in advance.
There will be an additional charge of $15 per visit/walk.
